This time frame is a monthly minimum property and we don't want to be empty for part of the time. Booking February 1 - February 28? Okay. Want to book February 15 - March 15? Not okay. - Phenomenal Nokomis location - only minutes from downtown, Nokomis and Venice Beaches and other local favorites.
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Pets allowed on case-by-case basis. $250 Non-refundable pet fee required.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic lockbox access code to the property.
-Stays in excess of three weeks may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Pool Heat Fee: Additional $25 p/day from November thru March. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
